File view go back not properly working under windows #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program under windows
2. Go to a folder
3. Can't go back!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the 2 dots that allow going back to the parent folder

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is a Qt 4.1 issue, have to recompile the file under Qt 4.4.
