Job titles within linkedin are not necessarily standardized. There is an autofill feature but all job titles are not necessarily capture plus the autofill feature could be ignored. As a result, if you are looking to prioritize "manager" you would not be able to see job titles like "mgr", "Mgr", "Magr", etc.

Creating a smart filter/search in a future version of the product that could identify all variations of titles might be possible, but not for the initial launch. Based on sample inspections of deprioritized job titles we will determine how big a problem this really is and if it should be a future feature or not.
