Create "Submit to Coach" #103

Hi Ali,

Could you consider adding a "Submit to Coach" as an option?

In the users settings (at bottom right of the users screen) they could select their coach. Of course the admin, would have to be able to add coaches and their emails on the backend. If possible, perhaps the admin could also assign a user to a coach. For those who use both plugins (and they should!), maybe the coach assignment is done in the weight tracker?

When submitted, the coach receives an email with the meal tracker broken down. For example:

User Name: Jane Doe User Email:

Date: Breakfast: Amount Food Item 1 Cup Special K Protein Cereal
1 Cup Carbmaster Milk 1 TBSP Pecans Calories: Macros: P29 F22g C46

Lunch/Dinner/etc.

Daily Total: Calories: Macro

Just some more thoughts to make the plug-in the best!

So in essence build out in the admin section, a way to add coaches and let users select their coach.

The coach would get an email summary when they click "Submit to coach",

Let me think on it.

@mybestrong - what do you think about this?

Ali,

Thanks for considering it.

This sounds a good idea. One of my clients has multiple coaches under the one business name and one system. Assigning a Coach to the members would be a great feature.

Ali! Sorry - only just seen this!

Its a great idea and would be very useful from an accountability perspective.

The button would only show if the user had a coach assigned?

So at the moment, you can view the client's data on the admin side of the plugin. You can view their meals, calorie info, etc, do we need this in an email also? Submitting to a coach could be a good idea, but I am pretty sure you can give access to the backend of your site and give them access to whatever plugins you allow?? Having a direct link between the weight tracker and the meal tracker would be a great add on because as you say, you got to be using both, as they are just too good not too ;)
