German translation

Sometimes I left the english term where it makes sence. Didn't translate
'waypoint' or 'track' e.g. 'cause those expressions are more common.

I'm not sure about the translation of this sentence because I have never
used it and I got no clue about the meaning of it:
'Allow accuracy info in GPX file, with waypoint name or in a separate tag'

Thanks ! (Beware: The files were encoded in ISO-8859-1, when the project is in 
UTF-8
so I had to convert them. Not a big issue but if you could convert them for 
future
update it would be cool ;)).

I just merged it, should be available in next release. Please reopen this issue 
for
future updates.

Concerning the accuracy-thing, it's the hint for the "Accuracy in GPX file" 
setting
(Doesn't seems an useful hint if it's not understandable !).
It means that if this setting is checked, OSMTracker with output accuracy 
information
(how precise is the GPS fix) for each waypoint. Depending on the setting, this 
will
be output in parenthesis along with the tag name (Ex: "Fire station (15m)", or 
in a
separate XML tag (<cmt>).

as we are waiting for the projecto owner to release a new version, there's 
currently (for me) no way to update the update the translation.

Here is a diff against the latest SVN-revision which updates the german 
translation.
I fixed a few spelling mistakes, removed the final dot in the summary texts (so 
the appearance is more like the standard apps) and improved the text alignment 
(no space before \n).
