Allow tagging when OSM map is displayed #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Often I use OSMAND. It is very well suited to displaying the current situation
of the current location.
I would love to have the map of OSMAND with the ability of OSMtracker to mark
changes.
Two things could make this easier:
- bigger zoom. 18x works better than 17x.
- The path/map screen could be the main screen when recording a track. A tap on
a button at the bottom of the screen could display a quick button-screen to
record a feature, and only to jump back to the path/map screen again.

Right now the button-screen is the main screen when tracking. The map could be
the main screen while tracking, with a quick button to record someting. This
would work better when the map is basically OK but you're looking to fix
details (like bollards, or road-types).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?

Make/model of your device, and Android version?

Please provide any additional information below.

The text of 102 got zapped.

A small number of (potentially configurable) buttons should be allowd on the
map screen. In my private copy I've done this with a voice recording button.
This makes a lot of sense from an ergonomics point of view (driving a car etc).

Instead of an extra button to display the TrackLogger screen, it seems it would
be better to simply slide between both views and on large screens optionally
have both the track logging and map display visible side by side.

I'm agree with this proposal and also want to have possibility to set a
POI/comment to specific point at the map. Just tap on map and put info there
instead of my current location.
