Recording should start immediately after "New Track" #77

When creating a new track from the track manager the recording should start 
immediately without asking the user to press "Menu" and "Start tracking".

Button should probably stay disabled until the first GPS fix has been received 
to prevent recording any "invalid" waypoint.
