Person shortcode: how to add headshot image? #294

In adding new AIR team members, I'm having a hard time adding headshots. I tried to insert URL, but realize that that doesn't work. It ends up with a silhouetted head.

Example: Andy's works. Chris' doesn't.

Can we make this easier for front-end edits through WP as our teams grow? Thanks!
