Problematic tables list:

[x] Acute Limb Ischemia
[x] Blood Culture Indications
[x] Bell's Palsy
[x] Cardiac Tamponade
[x] C Difficile Infection
[x] Chemical Sedation
[x] Cholecystitis Diagnostic Test - need to adjust stylesheet for narrow table
[x] Cancer Risk from CT - leave as image
[x] Dermatomal Maps* (probably just needs markdown formatting fix)
[x] Difficult Airway* (just needs formatting fixes in the markdown)
[x] Does your Dyspneic Patient Have CHF
[x] Genital Ulcers
[x] Hyperkalemia
[x] IV fluids for ICU Patients
[x] Initial Pain Managemetn Options (Opiods Table only, others are fine)
[x] Pediatric Fever Without A Source - Infant
[x] Septic Arthritis
[x] Serotonin Syndrome (currently image)
[x] Suture Materials
[x] TPA Code Dose (left as image)
[x] Vasopressors in Hypotension
