Invisible walls #502

The walls becomes invisible if loaded without editor. Loading into editor will 
not make the rest of the walls invisible, but the editor can make a new 
polywall with all points at the same place, then test/save level will make 
every walls invisible.

Also it appears that all Barrier/PolyWall above "PolyWall 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0" only 
goes invisible, the rest stays visible.

Yes, fixed in r8029864ccab8 and merged into 020 a while ago
