Region Locked Camera not recording and not connecting to the app with proxychains-ng #376

I have the YI Home 17CN camera, which is region locked. I cannot pair it with YI home, MI home apps nor the chinese version of YI Home. I am struggling to find way to connect it to the app and have it not require QR scan to connect to wifi each time I reboot the camera. I have tried to set proxychains in webui, but the test never passes, it freezes or errors, I have tried this guide https://github.com/roleoroleo/yi-hack-MStar/wiki/Use-proxychains-ng-to-connect-your-app-(thanks-to-@x571), but after successfully testing proxy in step 8, I reboot camera and try to connect it to chinese YI home, it still fails. Furthermore the recording after motion detection is not working, but I guess it requires camera to be connected to cloud? Even the Recording without Cloud toggle in webui enabled but it still does not record. The https://github.com/alienatedsec/yi-hack-v5/wiki/Wi%E2%80%90Fi-Settings-Change-and-Recovery also does not work for me, but I guess I need to be paired with the app atleast once.
