Win10 - Hivemind Beta - Controller Changes Mode When Launching Steam #19

Upon launching Steam under Windows 10 using the Hivemind Beta 3, my controller will always switch to cursor mode as Steam starts up. This was not previously an issues under Windows 8 / stable Hivemind.

The program was set to launch in Mouse / Keyboard mode. Closing as this is invalid.
