@Katherineparker1989
Ok, try using your external camera
It will take about 4 - 5 hours to complete solving environment
However, Does your PC match the installation requirements What is the specifications of your system ?
@withlove574
The Avatarify YouTube also takes little hours, but after successful installation. When u excited command, run_windows.bat
You will receive error "Traceback (most recent call last:)

I don't have a way to fix it so I delete it and install Avavtarify-python
Here is avatarify-python-youtube, top result when typed into google ;)
Avatarify-python is currently not actively maintained. Alievk shared the source code so that people can download and do whatever they want with it (within the limits of the license of course). He has no obligation to keep maintaining the code or providing support just because he made it publicly available. On the contrary, any user of the code is free to fix the current issues and submit a PR. This is how FOSS (free open-source software) projects work. This is how I became the moderator for this project, I downloaded avatarify-python because I wanted to use it, I saw some things that could be improved, and I submitted some PRs containing the changes to make said improvements.
Also a gentle reminder that this is the issue tracker for avatarify-python, it neither a public chat or an issue tracker for other projects such as avatarify-python-youtube. :) I don't don't want to be mean, but this github project has been spammed by support requests, invalid issue reports, and random comments the last couple of months. This thread is definitely not the worst offender, but all kind of piles up..
@JohanAR I don't understand much of what you said.... So how can you make it to improve? This is my WhatsApp line +2347068726188
@JohanAR I don't understand, so why is mine unable to load the camera
@zadkeilpaul you are using avatarify-python-youtube, ask the person who created that. I don't know anything about it.
This is avatarify-python, which is different.

@JohanAR
No sir I'm not using Avavtarify-python-youtube
I am the using the normal Avatarify-python from Alievk
I tried it in Avatarify-python, I have same issue. I also executive this command on the Avavtarify-python-youtube, I also had thesame issue ...
I can see clearly that my screenshot is showing Avavtarify-python-youtube but it also do the same thing in the Avatarify-python
My complete installation was done using Avatarify-python, after I execute the command run_windows.bat it tries to open the camera but then, it closes and said stop camera, returning to menu, as it's shown on the screenshot.
So I decided to try it in Avavtarify-python-youtube it also did thessme thing
@JohanAR can you take your time and read about mamba please. It's just like conda successor and works pretty fast, maybe we can work things out by changing everything to conda for the betterment of the project.
@JohanAR I have changed the screenshot of the avatarify-python-youtube... to avatarify-python and its having thesame camera issue, considering Mamba, i dont really have of how it works
@zadkeilpaul ok, I understand. Never seen this problem with avatarify-python before, so I thought it could be caused by something that the "-youtube" version added.
It could be happening because your webcam is not supported, but I don't know. There are currently other issues with avatarify-python caused by dependencies being upgraded and becoming incompatible.
What kind of pc are you using and also the configuration?
@withlove574 Alienware Windows 11 RTX 3070 32GB RAM 1TB 12 PROCESSOR
@JohanAR
Is you Avatarify-python working fine ?
I'm using Linux, but I have not had it running since I changed from Ubuntu to Fedora (a different kind of Linux).
@zadkeilpaul Avatarify has issues working with RTX 30xx series, something to do with pytorch, Suggest you use RTX 20xx series, that ought to work.
