Avater lagging #631

I have successfully installed the program, but when I run_windows.bat, my avatar keeps wobbling/lagging I am using NVDIA RTX 3060 6GB display memory

can somebody please help with a fix?

Sound like it's too dark for your camera, or your face is too far from the camera. Try putting some light sources on the desk so that your face is well lit, and make sure that the camera is at a distance so your face fills almost the entire frame. If none of that work try using a better webcam with less noise.
