Bold \nabla missing #4

It would be nice if Neo-Euler would have a bold \nabla (U+1D6C1). It shouldn't be too difficult to design such a glyph, given that there is already a non-bold \nabla as a reference design and bold \Delta (for the stroke thickness).

Add bold Nabla (U+1D6C1)

Just a 180 rotated Delta, also fix the non bold ones which were rotated in the wrong direction.

Euler did not have \nabla I just rotated \Delta 180 degrees, I just found that I was rotating it the wrong way (the thick stroke should be on the left) so I just fixed that too.
