i use word 2010 an telive 2010 but xits font not good for vietnamese. ex: ố, ự, .......

Thanks for your interest in XITS fonts, but I’m sorry, the focus of XITS project is on math fonts and supporting Vietnamese is quite some work. If you want Vietnamese I think you better use another Times-like font for text that has Vietnamese support, like TeX Gyre Termes.
