Hi @ckairaba, sorry for the late response. What N'ko symbols you think the math font should support, just the numbers?
Numbers and n'ko letters. The others symbols are just mirrored version of sigma (for the sum), of sqrt symbol ....
Are N'ko letters used as math identifiers (e.g. instead of xyz) or for words inside math (like sin, tan etc.)? If the former, are they used isolated only (like in Arabic math) or do they join? If you have any sample of N'ko math usage (even if handwritten), it would be great.
I sent you the docs on your mail : khaledhosny@eglug.org Both, like math identifiers and for words.

Thanks. Do you know a particular N'ko font that would be suitable for this use? (I need a font under OFL to borrow the glyphs from since I don’t know enough N'ko myself to design new glyphs).
kanjamadi.ttf is a good one https://github.com/ckairaba/virtual-keyboard-nko/tree/master/bin/fonts

But this font does not seem to be OFL licensed (XITS is under OFL, so I can only use fonts with compatible license).
Sorry ! It seems that Conkary.ttf is OFL licensed as I read there : http://www.tavultesoft.com/keyboarddownloads/%7B92FD730D-B1DB-4B5C-8448-D15C9B84054E%7D/welcome.pdf

I don’t think I’m going to do this, sorry. Patches are welcome, though.
Is it possible to add N'ko language support in xits-math ? In n'ko, we use the mirrored version of math symbols because N'ko is a RTL alphabet like arabic. Here are some links : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N%27Ko_alphabet http://www.kanjamadi.com/ http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U07C0.pdf
