Changes:

Add small capitals for ẁ, ẃ, ẅ and ỳ, which were accidentally overlooked in the previous release
Fix issue with positioning of superior and inferior figures
Slight alteration of comma accent position for S and T with comma (for Romanian).

Not changed: Kerning

nb I didn't add class kerning in this push (except for small caps as already present)
