Hi, I've just installed it but it doesn't showed up in the Admin. Can I get some troubleshooting advice?

There's no admin UI for this extension. It registers a cron job, and runs automatically. There's two things you can do to confirm it's installed:

Go to System > System Configuration. There should be a "Data Feeds" tab under "Advanced".
Install Aoe_Scheduler and confirm that the cron job is registered.
