Adds an attribute to categories to allow ignoring that category for the purpose of determining product type in feeds, specifically related to google shopping. Updates existing categories to have this value set to true.

:-1: Aligent_Feeds needs flat tables to be turned on. Need to reindex the flat tables before trying to populate the attribute. Also, please confirm that this attribute is in the flat tables when indexed. If memory serves, there's an xml incantation required for categories to get them into the flat tables.

@aligentjim Have added a reindex after the setup script. Tested on a database and the new attribute does appear in the flat table after just running this setup script.
