Configure taps bug #671

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a new tap area
2. Add "Outline" or "Go To..."
3. Try and use new tap area

What is the expected output?
Either Outline or Go To... Menu to open

What do you see instead?
Nothing happens and when I go back to the Configure Tabs interface the new area 
is blank. 

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.0

On what operating system?
Android 4.4.2

What device are you using?
Nexus 7

Please provide any additional information below.

It doesn't matter where I try to add Outline or Go To functions it won't stick 
in the menu. If add it to an existing area then select a different area when I 
go back to the initial area the command is gone.

Before the upgrade I was constantly using the Outline tap shortcut to navigate 
my gaming books.

Also had this trouble trying to set a double-tap corner to Close or Bookmark.
