Expand cropping functionality. #775

Right now there's auto cropping and manual cropping in case the former doesn't 
work as desired. I think it would be a good improvement to expand those 
features.

For example adding a way to set different manual cropping masks for even pages 
and for odd pages. I find it would be useful when reading a book where the page 
numbers are in a margin (different side depending on the page), there'd be a 
column of blank space that could be avoided reading throughout the book. As of 
now the manual cropping only seems to apply to each page, which is impractical 
for a book of lots of pages.

As of now you can apply manual cropping to current page, all pages, odd/even 
pages and odd/even pages symmetrically. It was implemented from introducing 
manual cropping mode.
