Itinerary improvements:

print out date and location at beginning of itinerary like wander.am (done)
print out event times along the left side (done)
output address to itinerary items
output yelp ratings to restaurants
output picture if there is one (done)
output distance from previous location (done)
update buttons (think of a better way to functionalize the cancel button) like wander.am (done)
fix the "search again" and "Send me the itinerary" buttons to one location
"minimize" and "maximize" the itinerary view to show an itinerary with very minimal info and then the full info one

labels under cost in itinerary to say that this is the default cost and it can be edited
time and meal in the itinerary left line
