Application cannot receive .m3u8 playlists #3

According to today's Twitch changes, application doesn't have access to m3u8 playlists anymore and all of the third-party tools dependant on playlists have been affected.

Currently application is using tw-chat-rly.fly.dev as a bridge to get .m3u8 playlist urls which is broken.
