Multiple Types of Data

Processing Variation :: Samples are generated with different heat treatment processes.

\ Data types decreasing in spatial resolution

Optical Microscopy - .tif
Back Scattered Grayscale Images - .tif
Electron Backscattered Diffraction- .ang + .txt
- .txt files are created when the TSL- OIM Analysis tool is asked to index individual grains from the unstructured data in the .ang file.
- .txt file can contain ID's and Grain Statistics
- .ang file can be used to get back into OIM Analysis

All codes will be written in Matlab
Initial Goal- Create a robust converter function for the output data. The converter function will create a variable that can be serialized into JSON and subsequently used on mini-research pages.
