9 years ago Proposed to add convenience functions to anhima.h5 for saving/loading sparse matrices:
- anhima.h5.save_csr_matrix(h5file, path, csr_matrix, data_dtype, indices_dtype, indptr_dtype)
- anhima.h5.save_csc_matrix(h5file, path, csc_matrix, data_dtype, indices_dtype, indptr_dtype)
- anhima.h5.save_coo_matrix(h5file, path, coo_matrix, data_type, row_dtype, col_dtype)
- anhima.h5.load_csr_matrix(h5file, path)
- anhima.h5.load_csc_matrix(h5file, path)
- anhima.h5.load_coo_matrix(h5file, path)
Placeholder for functions supporting transformation of genotypes to/from a sparse matrix representation.
