Create documentation site 🚀 #15

Consider creating a simple documentation site from a notebook rendered to HTML, so we can include help outputs and plotting examples, plus any other useful notes.

Also would be cool if can easily be launched via colab.

Initial setup done in #19 with docs deploying to https://alimanfoo.github.io/anjl -- further work to create the content for the main page.

Some improvements to the documentation page done via #22. Will close here and raise a separate issue to support launch in colab.
