Add wrappers for set of 5 runs completed on 02/17/22.
These wrappers reconfigure the basin to have the x-direction length 2x the y-direction.
Five runs
keep the ratio of qw/qs fixed across all runs
keep the duration of the runs fixed
together, this makes the volume of sediment input to each run equal
basin slope is constant at 0.00083 in all runs

run1: with water constant -- at upstream boundary
run2: with water slow fall (middle 3/5)
run3: with fast fall (middle 1/5)
run4: with discrete fall (instant at middle)
