What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In gameplay half of screen missing.

What version of the product are you using? What build? What plugins?

I use version: 1.0.4

I use nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace r56 build

I use the following plugins:

PowerVR Plugin: NullDC PowerVR Direct3D HAL 
GDRom Plugin: Image Reader
AICA Plugin: NullDC AICA
ARM7 Plugin: VBA ARM Sound CPU Core
Maple Plugin(s): PuruPuru
Ext.Device Plugin: NullExtDev

On what kind of system?

Windows

My system specifications are as follows:

Operating System: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 3015Mhz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 4850
Sound Card: Onboard Realtek HD ALC 889A
Additional related hardware and/or software: Audio Driver R2.49, Video 
Driver ATI Catalyst 10.4

Please provide any additional information below:

NullDC Settings -> Dynarec On, CC Pass On.

PowerVR -> Resolution: Native (640x480), Aspect Ratio: Borders, Paletted 
Textures: Dynamic,Full, Sort: Triangle, Modifier Volumes: Normal and Clip, 
Z Buffer Mode: D24S8+FPE, Texture Cache Mode: Delete Old 

Aica -> Limit Speed & Sync Audio.

Aica Config -> Buffer size: 2048, Sync to Audio On, Global Focus On.

Almost forgot, i use GDI version: Evil Dead - Hail to the King v1.002

Verified with the same GDI image. The game has 2d backgrounds with 
'flip-screen' movement as in the first few Resident Evil games. Each screen has 
a different portion of the screen whited out, it isn't always the top half.

PVR/Dynarec option changes have no effect.
