Messed Up Graphics In New Revisions #442

Ok so in nullDC v1.0.0 beta 1.6 everything works fine. nullDC 1.0.4 r136 and 
all revisions after that have huge scratches across the screen in everything. I 
have used all settings and it doesn't fix it. Please help me figure out whats 
wrong thank you.
