1: Go into plugin options while in fullscreen

For the dialog box to appear above the video window.
What do you see instead?
It appears below the video window.

Please provide any additional information below:
Prevents user from exiting or reducing the video window to windowed mode via
alt+enter. Have to exit by pressing windows button and killing the process or
ctrl+alt+delete to kill the process.
