Assigned Date Pattern part of Timetable

The assigned date pattern currently replaces the date pattern entered during 
input data entry in screens like Instructional Offerings. It would be nice to 
see the assigned date pattern as a part of the timetable, not overriding the 
date pattern that was originally requested. This would be useful when e.g. 
alternative date patterns are requested and just one of them is assigned.

Since this is applicable only to the cases of alternative date patterns, I 
think adding an extra column for the assigned date pattern would just take an 
extra space (the same date pattern would be shown in most cases).

Please note, that the assigned date pattern is only shown when there is a 
solution to show and the Timetable columns are enabled in the filter. So, if 
the user needs to see the "original" date pattern on the Instructional 
Offerings or Classes page, a workaround is to uncheck the Timetable columns in 
the Filter section of the page.
