Precise object moving #9

I saw a few comics' with misplaced texts. I bet their authors had hard time 
placing these precisely with dragging. Same problem here. Why not use 
directional joystick for precise 1px moving.

Yea and for phones with physical buttons you can use volume up down buttons 
with sort of a switch button for horizontal and vertical moving.
