Add Share Data section to documentation for iOS #73

Per #70, the README doesn't explain how to share data between app containers on iOS. Also, cp-native-assets script is superfluous.

[x] Add Share Data section to README.
[x] Strip lines related to cp-native-assets from README.

@alinz probably should update the ios_step_17.png pic sizing. Will try to do that this evening.

Eh, won't be easy to adjust that image, my screen is partially occluded right now. Feel free to update that image lol.

Serious question about @alinz. I haven't seen any activity on this repo in a long time. Would anyone be interested in a fork with actual ongoing support?
