Whisper streaming embedded into electron app #1

Create electron app, that will include whisper node addon, transcript live audio from mic, and stream result into simple html page within electron.

hello guys, I created a new platform for these kind of bounties, the bounty creator pays in advance the price of the bounty then the bounty hunter claims the bounty by submitting a pull request. if the bounty owner accepts the claim the price would be automatically paid to the bounty hunter. if the bounty isn't solved the bounty creator can retract his bounty and get his money back. checkout my platform bountyhub. payments a secured with stripe.
