Add support for AmneziaWG protocol #1416

In some countries, such as Russia, the Wireguard protocol is blocked (or extremely unstable). AmneziaWG is based on Wireguard, but provides protection against detection by DPI and other cool stuff. More info: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-go
