This issue is made for:

[x] Database resource structure
[ ] ~~Vault Secret Engine implementation (supporting database)~~
[ ] Having possibility to CRUD the resource via API (for now)
[ ] Requesting the database conn from Gateway and gateway opens port for you
[ ] Auditing everything that is done
[ ] Logging from first conn to the last

Postponed Vault integration for later. Reason: the vault database integration already keeps db user/pass so with current database resource table has corruptions.
