Title pages for different types of thesis #3

There should be an optional argument to \maketitle to modify the title page for the different types of thesis (co-op, research, professional practice, e-ship). Perhaps etoolbox's \ifstrequal could help.

Different title pages added in d6810d3 , in a very bad way that involves a lot of repeated code. Not closing until this is fixed in a way that doesn't suck.
