not sure what is the appropriate package manager for windows. You probably don't need this on linux?

Hello @anvlkv thanks for the contribution!

Since libpd-rs is cross platform, if you have time could you re-work the PR so it lists build dependencies for all platforms it is supported?

Another idea would be pointing the reader to libpd repository for more information about build dependencies.

What do you think?
