Server Requires enable mod BiblioHighLands #11

No it does not. The BiblioWoods[Highlands] is not present on the server or in the pack.

So how where I then able to get the thing in the screenshot?

No idea but I do not have the Highlands mod in my mods folder on my client and I am able to connect fine. The server also does not have the highlands mod in its mods folder so no idea what the hell happened there.
