remove obsolete files and update cofh config files/names #37

Removing all obsolete config files cluttering the Config Also update the cofh files which seems to have been minorly renamed

(haven't double checked if all removals are ok)

we keep them there in case things ever get added back into the pack. its not an issue.

I discussed it with Alan and as they can be retrieved from git history, it's better to have them removed as they clutter up the configs.
