Rather not add this as it makes enchanting too easy. I know Thaumcraft allows you to choose enchants to go on items but that is via infusion which is annoying to do. There is also the osmotic enchanter but again that is a pain to get your hands on requiring a dangerous infusion which took me 6 attempts to do (it ate the stuff too).

alright then. fair enough. Headwound suggested it, so i thought id give it a post.
