Add zh-hk translation #243

I translated the strings into traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). A folder named values-zh-hk was created. Inside it, prompts.xml and strings.xml were created. Other lines were added according to the readme titled Strings Module.

Hi there! Thank you so much for doing this translation! For the Hong Kong Chinese we actually need the resources in a package called values-zh-rHK. Would you mind making that change and then I can kick off CI again.

I changed the folder name values-zh-hk into values-zh-rHK. You can kick off CI again. Thank you!
