scene-template.html setup

This PR contains the scene-template.html file, which will be deleted prior to submission. 💀

PR contains:

• scene-template.html with appropriate code, libraries/fws linked etc.
• current deafult scene navigation, (change if need arises)
  • navbar includes, brand name/scene title/scroll options modal button (emulating old 90s point and click games)
  • modal currently completely unstyled to be utilised if necessary
• Default style.css for scene-template.html
• simple animation on hover of brand name
• Section in template are:
  • navigation
  • story section
  • main image section
  • user options
• default image used as main-scene-image, (replace as needed per scene)

There is no breaking changes in this PR. However this file and any accompanying JS/CSS/images etc should be deleted prior to submission to avoid an unused html file present in the file directory.
