Description of the feature / 需求描述

机械硬盘 ( 通过USB易驱线方式 ) 挂在armbian设备上，使用Alist的离线下载qBittorrent ( 只用过qBittorrent ) 添加很多项离线任务下载bt文件，然后"将下载的文件传输到相应的存储"功能时"下载文件到本地设备"也在有任务，会造成机械硬盘中文件缺失。

Suggested solution / 实现思路

建议在离线下载中添加同时下载和移动最大任务上限和下载完移动完在进行下一个任务选项功能，这个有可能是设备的问题。

处理器RK3399 内存是LPDDR4 4G 系统存储在32G的eMMC中挂载硬盘西数320G 2.5寸机械蓝盘离线下载在挂载的机械硬盘中又转移机械硬盘的目录中
