hour slots should be more dynamically managed #9

For example,

1) Supporter hour slots for "all day" is 12AM -> 11:59 PM, should allow 12AM->12AM to work 2) Supporters should be able to have a shift from 11PM->2AM easily created and managed, right now it doesn't, methinks
