Merge with meta-sunxi #15

Hello, just came across this layer with Pine64. How about to merge with meta-sunxi so we don't have extra layer for one specific machine instead of layer which cover allwinner devices? Can give a hand. Thanks.

I'm open to this going to meta-sunxi. The reason I didn't initially is they used closed source graphics and I wanted to keep this as open source as possible.

They also appear to use lots of forks. For example for ATF they use a random fork, while here we use mainline. With the exception of some patches to add extra functionality everything here is based on mainline, which doesn't seem to be the case with meta-sunxi.

Feel free to send the changes here to meta-sunxi though, it would be great to have support there as well
