Create New Article Channel

As per discussion in Slack (https://alistapart.slack.com/archives/tech/p1448899808000154), we'll need to create a new channel for Article. The template(s) will need to support 3 variations of Article:

• Feature - Longer content with illustration.
• Standard article - Shorter than a feature, less heavily edited, no illustration.
• Shortie (working title) - Shortest content, e.g. when Tim writes a two-paragraph post about an http security issue. This short post won’t have the formatting variations a Standard article will have.

As decided in Slack, at 10:34am on Dec 7, the short article is just a variation with the ability to remove the related content sidebar and bump up the first paragraph font size.
