New /Articles Layout #338

As per Slack, the new single stream and topics sidebar look great. We'd like to modify slightly:

  1. Ensure URLs to existing blog and column posts remain the same (right now they all link to /article/post-title)
  2. Change the sidebar layout to be:
    1. Deck
    2. Topics
    3. Bottom sponsor
    4. Jobs
