fix specimen shift calculation #46

made a small mistake in the way specimen shifts are calculated

@EuanPyle this might help make your tomos look a bit better

looking into this a little more closely - not 100% about the change and want to run careful tests

just ran a quick comparison and there's not too much difference tbh: no clear change in the quality of the tomogram and the difference between the two seems to just be the greyscale (i.e. have to click auto to fix contrast when comparing the two, otherwise look p much identical)
