[REQUEST] Bump kodi-tegra / tegra-support fork(s) to Kodi 20.0 "Nexus" release #14

@aliubimov Please consider bumping your kodi-tegra / tegra-support fork(s) to Kodi 20.0 "Nexus" release (or the latest master):

Better though to rebase on master as it is mainline for submitting patches via pull requests -> https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc

Note! Kodi 20.0 "Nexus" release was released on January 15th of 2023 uses FFmpeg 4.4 but master now use th latest FFmpeg 5.1

FYI, FFmpeg 6.0 have now also been released upsteam:

There is no support for it in Kodi/XBMC master yet.
